Parenting can be challenging.

It is sometimes difficult to remain calm in the times when our children are experiencing overwhelming emotions or behaviors. In this session we will learn about parent stress and ways to help us relieve stress. Our parent coaching sessions are workshops with a small number of participants. Bring your specific questions as our parent trainer will be able to give more one on one answers due to the small number of participants in the group.
