Understanding how trauma impacts development can help us set expectations for our child when it comes to behavior and completing tasks.

As parents to a child from a hard place, it’s sometimes difficult to know where to set the bar so our child can be successful in everyday tasks and continue to heal. In this session we will learn about how trauma derails development and tools that can help us teach our children the skills they need, while keeping their development in mind. Our parent coaching sessions are workshops with a small number of participants. Bring your specific questions as our parent trainer will be able to give more one on one answers due to the small number of participants in the group.
