Compassion Building: The Why Behind Behaviors.

This 1-hour virtual training is for anyone serving vulnerable people and children. Churches are places where everyone is welcome, no matter their history. In order to best serve those who have experienced adversity, Churches must implement safe practices into their programs by being aware that many people have experienced hard situations that now impacts their reactions and behaviors in day to day life. This training will help ministry leaders learn about the impact trauma has had on their congregation and apply tools to better help them respond to their behaviors to lead their congregations to go beyond friendly and create spaces where healing is possible.
