If we are caring for children from a hard place, it is so important to also care for ourselves.

Our parent coaching are workshops with a small number of participants. This week we will learn about how we can care for ourselves when there seems to be so much stress in our lives. Bring your specific questions as our parent trainer will be able to give more one on one answers due to the small number of participants in the group.
