This is an excellent course if you want to learn about trauma-informed care at a deeper level.  The course, citing experts such as Dr. Karyn Purvis, Dr. Bruce Perry and Dr. Daniel Siegal includes a deep dive into understanding trauma, practical parenting strategies and self-care.

This class requires an 8 week commitment.  You won’t regret spending this time!

Starting on October 9 and continuing each Monday night through November 27, this course is for parents and caregivers of adopted and foster children of any age.

Cost is $30/person for materials and light snacks.  Couples, please buy 2 tickets so each of you have a workbook.

Childcare is available for $5/evening regardless of the number of children you have (up to 5th grade).  If you need childcare, a select this on registration and you will receive a link to register your child with Hill Country Bible Church’s registration system.
